During my recent stay at The Como, I was amazed by the luxurious and spacious room I was provided. The decor was stunning, and the black marble bathroom with a large spa bath made me feel like royalty. Additionally, the helpfulness of the staff stood out, as they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even when I lost my wallet. The room was very good and the staff were excellent. They were accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to public transport and good eateries nearby. the phone call from the hotel a few days before our trip to confirm our expected arrival time was a nice touch and ensured our room was ready upon arrival.
This was a disappointment as it would have been convenient for us.
